[GCA-Announcements] Gay Caller and Dancer Forum

Recently, you may have received a message from Thomas Paul of  Germany.  The 
message was an invitation to join his "Gay Caller and Dancer  Forum."
 
I'd like to share a little information to explain what's going on.
 
Thomas, a GCA member, is a 30 year-old out gay caller.  (He's been  calling 
for 15 years!)
 
The organization that oversees European Square Dancing allows for NO  
specialty clubs - no seniors clubs, no youth groups, and no gay groups.   Square 
dancing is for all people and all people are welcome to dance.   Thomas' being out 
of the closet has not caused his busy calling schedule to  suffer.  (Don't we 
all wish we lived in that world!)
 
Thomas' forum is an attempt for gay dancers and callers to communicate in  
ways they may not be able to do inside their home clubs.
