[GCA-Announcements] Convention Stuff

A host!  A host!  My kingdom for a host!
 
We're hoping to continue the tradition started back in Phoenix - of having  
an "Introduction to Calling Workshop" in Denver.  We're still waiting to  hear 
whether or not the convention committee can fit it into the schedule.   If 
they can, we'll need one or two experienced callers to serve as the  panelists.  
The purpose of the workshop is twofold.  First, it gives  possible caller 
school students a taste of what lies ahead.  Second, for  the merely curious it 
gives people an understanding of what callers do.  If  you're interested in 
serving on the panel, please let me know ASAP.
 
Space still available for Caller School 2007
 
We still have room in each of the 3 sections of caller school.  If  you're 
interested, please go to the GCA web site and sign up.  We need 4-5  more 
students to register before we'll add a third coach.

Last chance to vote on the coaches for Caller School  2008
 
I've received votes from 18 members.  I'd like the final decision to  be made 
by as many of you as possible.  Here are a list of potential  coaches for 
Cleveland 2008.  Please email me your first, second, and third  choices in that 
order.  I'll close the voting this Friday April  6.    That will give me time 
to check the availability of the top  vote getters.  If you haven't spoken up, 
please do so now.
