when do you leave?  i know it's soon...
 
send me the updated list.  if any "lost" requests come in, i could  try to 
plug them into unused slots.

I am not hearing from Seth either and I just got an email from Alan  Hirsh 
that he didn't get confirmation for his sign-up sheet and I wonder  if I am 
missing other's now. I got him in just fine....but what if there  are more due to 
email glitches and I don't find out? I guess when I get  back I can handle 
some changes. Most people got at least 4 if not 5 spots,  if the call above A-2.

I thought I sent this yesterday, but  the server went down and I don't see it

I am [basically] finished with the  schedule...it is attached. 
 
There are still open spots at all C  levels but I stopped at 6 slots and will 
ask if they want more. An  "x" means there is a slot there that can be 
filled...or  not.
 
I'd like to send out all the letters  by Saturday, then I will have 2 weeks 
to make any changes before  leaving for Rio.
 
Gary...I never got the schedule for  the Specialty tips....but if you get it 
to me I can try to fill it  before I leave.
