[GCA-Announcements] Permission to post and publish GCA member name and location at any public venue

As very reasonable concerns have been expressed relative the privacy due to members of the GCA, I, Brian Keating, will not organize a collage or poster of the GCA membership at TAQC. My thanks to those who provided me with their pictures and information. If anyone has other ideas as how to highlight or honor the GCA at this, our association's 25th anniversary, I am willing to support their efforts to implement them.
