[GCA-Announcements] GCA annual meeting

This just in!!!

 

This is NOT the official notification of the GCA meeting which has to be
done between 30 and 60 days prior to the meeting date.  

 

This is, however, a major heads up because our meeting will be in a
different slot than it has been in the past.  This MAY require that you
adapt travel plans to be on site in time for the meeting.  

 

Thursday, August 9, in the Maryland Suite.  

 

Gathering 12:noon

 

Michael and Arlene will be available to help you renew your membership, take
contributions, shoot the breeze.

 

Most of the rest of the board will also be there for steering you to the
membership table, accepting contributions (on behalf of the Association,
silly) shooting the breeze or target practice.  Just remember, if you kill
one of us, you have to take our place.

 

The meeting will start PROMPLTLY (this year - didn't do so good last time)
at 12:30pm.  We have to be out of the room at 2pm for the delegates meeting.
