[GCA-Announcements] Final Reminder: Sign up for Shakedown slots

Final reminder:  the deadline for signing up for convention calling slots is Monday, April 5.  

Please note that unlike the previous online method to sign up, you will not get an e-mail confirmation.  Your confirmation is simply the screen on SurveyBob that tells you that the survey has been submitted.  My apologies to those who have already signed up but who are nonetheless receiving this e-mail.

As you know, the convention Scheduling Committee 
will be doing the scheduling for all callers at Chi-Town Shakedown.

Please

 remember that in order to call at convention, the GCA must have a 
letter of recommendation for you on file. 

Your letter of 
recommendation must be personally written by a professional square dance
 caller, and should name the levels for which you are being 
recommended.  The convention will adhere to the Callerlab levels as they
 are currently stated.

Chi-Town Shakedown by responding to the survey at this Web site:

Letters

 of recommendation must be in the possession of GCA on or before April
