This message is from Saundra Bryant, who is on the Shakedown Scheduling 
Committee:


As you know, the convention Scheduling Committee 
will be doing the scheduling for all callers at Chi-Town Shakedown.

Please
 remember that in order to call at convention, the GCA must have a 
letter of recommendation for you on file. 

Your letter of 
recommendation must be personally written by a professional square dance
 caller, and should name the levels for which you are being 
recommended.  The convention will adhere to the Callerlab levels as they
 are currently stated.  

Please request calling slots for 
Chi-Town Shakedown by responding to the survey at this Web site:

Letters
 of recommendation must be in the possession of GCA on or before April 
5.

The survey must also be completed on or before April 5.
