GCA Calling Slot sign up will start on March first.  Please read the body of
the note (below) from Mike Shagina in Atlanta.  You will have two weeks to
sign up using the online form which will be ready on March 1!
If you have not previously submitted a letter of recommendation, you need to
do so to be assigned slots.  All previously received recommendations (last
year's) are still valid.  You do NOT have to submit another.

Hi John,

Would you send out an announcement to the GCA mailing list for me.   
I've come up with my timeline for doing the online form and completing  
the schedule.

Encourage anyone, who has not already done so, to file their letters  
of recommendation for calling at convention.  The online form to  
request calling slots will be ready on March 1st.  The deadline to  
complete the form will be March 16th.  I will have the dance schedule  
ready by March 31st, and will email each GCA caller the times for  
their calling slots after the 31st.

I might be able to complete things earlier than this, but I feel I can  
definitely stick to this timeline.  If you think 2 weeks is not enough  
time for people to submit their online requests, I can extend it a bit  
further, but I think we definitely need to have a solid deadline.
