<p style="margin:0;padding:0;">An interim Treasurer's report covering September 1, 2011 to June 4, 2012.  I am having some difficulty reconciling all the prepaid memberships for 2012-13 and the memberships paid for 2011-2012 including those paid before Sept 1, 2011 and those received after September 1, 2011 up to June 4.  I am also prepaying the Caller Coaches for the caller school since I will not attend Vancouver and I will see all of them at AACE this week in Indianapolis.</p>

<p style="margin:0;padding:0;">I will work on the discrepancies and produce an end-of-year final report on August 31, 2012.</p>

<p style="margin:0;padding:0;">I enclose Michael Maltenfort's report for the Caller School in 2011.  Please note that All Join Hands Foundation returned our net income of $686.03 from 2010 to leave a net expense of ($189.51) for the 2011 Caller School.</p>

<p style="margin:0;padding:0;">Remember to pay dues for 2012-13 at the Annual Meeting of the GCA on Friday at 5PM.  Terri, Michael Levy, and Michael Maltenfort will be there to accept your payment.</p>

<p style="margin:0;padding:0;">If the attachments are not present in the copy of this email you receive, I hope that Seth Levine, our webmaster, can find room on Gaycallers.org to post these two PDF files and that Terri Sherrer can print a few copies to review at the Convention GCA Annual Meeting.</p>

<p style="margin:0;padding:0;">I also hoppe that Terri sends out the Minutes of the 2011 Annual Meeting to the GCA-Announcements list so we may read them before the meeting and dispense with the reading of the minutes out loud at the meeting itself.</p>
